• Proof of Occasion – Acceptable proof is the form specified in the promotion (e.g., government ID, confirmation email). Staff may refuse the treat if verification is not provided.
• Redemption Limit – Unless otherwise stated, limit one treat per celebrant, per year. Additional guests do not qualify for separate treats.
• Minimum Party Size – Any minimum party size stated in the promotion must be met on a single bill; split checks do not qualify.
• Service Channels – Offer is valid for the service types specified (dine-in, take-out, etc.). Third-party ordering platforms are excluded unless expressly authorized.
• Scope of Treat – The complimentary or discounted item has no cash value, may not be exchanged, and must be redeemed during the qualifying visit.
